At Glenfield Rugby Club, junior rugby is where lifelong players, friendships, and values are built. Behind every great team is a dedicated manager helping everything run smoothly — and we’re always looking for passionate people to join us.

Being a Junior Rugby Manager isn’t just about organisation — it’s about impact. You are the link between coaches, players, and whānau. You help create positive, well-run game days. You support communication, registrations, and team coordination so our coaches can focus on developing players.

Most importantly, you help shape the experience our young players have in the red, white, and black.
